Outside the temporary Combat Command Center, row upon row of Prison Guards stood in neat formation.
Heide, Sector Chief, Section Chief Misa, and Hongzhu, Section Chief, stood at the very front of the Prison Guard ranks.
"The evil within Chikan Bay has grown to the point where it must be purged. We've confirmed more than ten Grandmaster-level martial artists alone, and the number of martial artists below Grandmaster level is impossible to determine.
"Teams A and D will conduct a thorough sweep of the main road's entrances and exits. As planned, Team B will break in from the flank. The start time will depend on the situation on site..."
The Prison Guard reporting on the situation had yet to finish when a staff member suddenly rushed into the command center and interrupted him.
"The resident evacuation is complete."
Only after hearing this did Warden Xiong Pi sit up straight.
He turned to look at the several Section Chiefs outside the transport vehicle and could clearly see the eager excitement on Heide and Misa's faces.
Then he grabbed the walkie-talkie beside him. "You all heard that, right? Move out!"

One armored vehicle after another switched on its headlights, while glaring red and blue lights flashed atop them.
The vehicles began rolling forward, rumbling toward the street entrance.
Misa, Section Chief, twisted his neck twice, then turned and swept his hand forward, leading a squad of Prison Guards behind the armored vehicles.
