Having become a Celestial Immortal, Xiao Wushuang flickered into the Extreme Southern Martial Realm.

Biting cold rose constantly from the lake. It looked still yet dangerous. At its center, a pure-white ice lotus bloomed alone in the cold, with a stunning woman in blue seated cross-legged upon it.

Her long, ice-blue hair spilled down like a waterfall, dazzling amid the swirling frost. Beneath it was a face of breathtaking beauty.

Her eyes were closed, and she sat utterly still. Torrents of ice-blue spiritual energy surged from the lake, only to freeze in the overwhelming cold around her. They became fine ice crystals that the lotus absorbed.

Silence filled the world, as though even time had frozen. Frigid air spread from the woman, coating the surrounding mountains in thick layers of ice.

As the cold grew more intense, the entire lake began to churn. Then, while lines of ice spread across it at astonishing speed, a slender figure appeared above the lake.
