The Mysterious Scarface

Ma Tiandou was a little reluctant.

Normally, after working a night shift, they should have the next day off.

But Lian Hu Long was his direct superior. How could he refuse? He could only nod at once. "Sure, sure!"

The four carrying the torso had taken Power Doubling Pills, so they were still feeling fairly relaxed. They flew low across the ground together, carrying the enormous scorpion carcass all the way back to the camp at the Valley Entrance.

A group of Dissectors wearing aprons and holding all sorts of knives hurried out to meet them.

Fierce Beast carcasses were too large to carry inside whole, so they had to be dismembered outside first.

Although the Iron Head Scorpion's armor was extremely hard, the Dissectors had come prepared. They brought out one tool after another and hacked forcefully at its joints, quickly breaking the carcass into smaller pieces.

Ye Kang and the others stepped in again, helping carry the chunks of scorpion inside.

Only then was the mission finally complete.

Afterward, Ma Tiandou dismissed everyone, reminding them not to be late tomorrow.

Ye Kang was about to leave when the Scarface Girl walked over and said quietly, "Want to eat together?"

Ye Kang was startled. So she wasn't mute after all.

He nodded. "Sure, thanks."

The Girl said nothing more and turned to leave. Following her through several twists and turns, Ye Kang finally found a cafeteria inside Wind Breath Valley.

That was right, a cafeteria. Anyone could come here to eat, though
