The war in the Central Sea of Chaos had not affected the other seas of chaos. But once the Twin-Winged Demon Dragon Ancestor and the other Dragon Ancestors sent out their orders, the other seas were thrown into turmoil.

Aside from the seven Dragon Ancestors in the Central Sea of Chaos, two more had been waging war elsewhere.

The Ancestor of Horned Dragons commanded the wars in the western and northern seas of chaos, while the Black Dragon Ancestor commanded those in the eastern and southern seas.

Though the other three seas of chaos lacked the deep foundations of the Central Sea, where nine hegemons had emerged at once, each had at least one hegemonic race holding the fort.

That was how they had managed to fend off the two Dragon Ancestors' incursions.

The Black Dragon Ancestor had actually been targeting the southern sea of chaos all along. It was only after the eastern sea of chaos became the first to crack that he took some time to go there and finish things off.

But during that cleanup, he had unexpectedly stumbled upon a fortuitous opportunity like the Heavenly Universe Primordial Monument. This had greatly slowed his efforts to wipe out the remaining intelligent races in the eastern sea of chaos.
