However, the Glazed Pagoda was now covered in crisscrossing sword marks. The sword intent upon it had condensed almost into substance. Though the runes remaining on the tower repeatedly surged against it, they could not erase that unstoppable, majestic sword intent.
Inside the Glazed Pagoda, a crowd of gray-robed cultivators looked thoroughly battered. Most of their robes were torn, and the Glazed Pagodas they wore were damaged. Several had blood trickling from their mouths, while savage sword wounds across their chests and abdomens ran deep enough to expose bone. Their auras were unsteady.
