Parr survived the Green Tail Snake Person’s poisoned wine and learned from the Yellow Armor Man that the Demon Realm was created to free demons from Demonization, but its ordinary creatures needed outside help. The true inheritance lay atop one of the mountains in Dream Space, and Parr was asked to fight demonized creatures while seeking it.

• Parr revealed the Black Short Sword and killed the Green Tail Snake Person, who had tried to steal it.

• Parr sent Sha Sha and the other ordinary Snake People into the Palm God Kingdom, put Bing Lan in the Myriad Leaves Tree Space, and rushed into Black Stone Great City.
• The Red Dragon Beast chased Snake Qian through the burning city until Snake Qian escaped into a tunnel, then attacked Parr after sensing a tempting scent on him.
• Parr hid in the Palm God Kingdom, and the Red Dragon Beast gave up searching for him, devoured the charred Demonized Snake People, and fell asleep outside the city.
