His gaze shifted to one of Jupiter's moons. A colony ship was currently stationed there, using Genesis Spores to transform the moon.
Since the Empire had human fabricators, it didn't need to move people from its other planets when colonizing new worlds. Once a planet had been made habitable, all it had to do was send a few human fabricators there.
The Imperial citizens they produced would then begin construction automatically. They would build farms and produce nutrient solution and food to keep the human fabricators running. Then they would build structures and a planetary capital, plan out the various districts, and turn the newly transformed planet into a fully habitable world.
After that, they would build an army and a fleet, and begin a new wave of interstellar colonization.
They would also construct a fixed planetary portal connecting to the Imperial Capital. Uchiha Brahman had already developed stable, unidirectional portal technology as a by-product of his research into hyperdimensional portals.
So far, he still hadn't figured out how to permanently connect two parallel universes—that was, how to create a permanent portal between them.
