At the surface of this enormous star, countless modified planets had been arranged and fixed in place with astonishing precision. Energy conduits rose from them, connecting to other planets and forming node after node.

"Thirty-two percent. Hmm, almost there!"

A clone of Uchiha Brahman looked at the blazing giant and nodded. This was his plan. This star system was his experimental site. He would modify a large number of planets, install them on this massive star, and use it as an energy source. With its tremendous power, he would force open a passage to the Warp and gather data.

According to his calculations, this brute-force approach might actually work miracles. There was perhaps some chance—maybe, possibly, quite possibly—of opening a passage to another universe?

Maybe!

Without a powerful system, the ability to travel between universes was a real pain. He had to spend all that effort modifying planets one by one and dragging them to a sun. It was a huge hassle. Then he had to gather mountains of data, run countless calculations, improve the current space-time traversal technology, and solve all kinds of technical problems.

The most terrifying and despairing part was that Uchiha Brahman couldn't cross the river on the shoulders of giants. There was no one in this universe who could help him with their intelligence or knowledge. He was the pioneer. There were no records he could refer to.

He wasn't crossing the river by feeling for stones. There weren't even any stones in the river. He had to build a bridge that spanned light-years with his bare hands, without any information to guide him.

"What a pain! Unfortunately, with the Empire's current level of technology, no one can keep up with my thinking. The knowledge they use now is what I ground up and spoon-fed
