What the hell!
Blasphemy! Blasphemy!!!
Guilliman stared at the unofficial history. After a moment's hesitation, he put it away, deciding to read it over himself when he got back and give it a thorough critique.
Then Guilliman began explaining the Empire's system.
"Caste System? What the hell is that?"
The Emperor found it vaguely familiar. Wasn't that the system they had in India?
Wait, Uchiha Brahman? Who named their kid that? This transmigrator had to be messing around!
What an astonishingly audacious man, creating an entire system based on his own preferences!
That was what it meant to be strong! The strong were born with the right to rule the weak, to humiliate and trample them mercilessly, forcing the whole world to revolve around them!!!
In truth, though he had never said so outright, he, too, had used overwhelming power to make the Empire operate according to his wishes. Compared with the Caste System, it was hard to say which of the Empire's current system was better or worse.
Especially after the Emperor learned the specifics of the Empire's so-called Caste System, he realized something.
Why did this system feel a little like the Empire's?
The Kshatriya, who served as the main fighting force, and the other castes, who served as various kinds of auxiliary troops—weren't they just knockoffs of the Astartes?
Good grief!
He'd been plagiarized!
He understood the problem at once!
That was the trouble with modern people: the Emperor, having come from the modern world, could understand all sorts of things. Transmigrators, cheat abilities, worldviews—he could grasp them, even relate to them and put himself in their shoes. After all, he'd once been a hardcore anime fan himself.
He'd even had a bit of a chuuni streak. Of course, when ordinary people without power acted like that,
