"No! Nyarlathotep, have you really gone mad?"
Yog struggled incessantly. Countless bubbles poured from his body, each carrying vast amounts of knowledge. He was expelling the blasphemous knowledge that defied this world's logic and imagination.
He knew that once he had fully digested all this knowledge, his very essence would undergo a complete sublimation, making him a supreme being beyond this universe—even one who surpassed Azathoth. But this knowledge was poisonous. Every word, every byte, revealed a bone-chilling malice, distortion, and evil. It was knowledge capable of destroying this world.
Forget digesting it—it was impossible to digest at all. Anyone who accepted this knowledge would ultimately be completely distorted and transformed by it.
Yet despite Yog frantically casting this knowledge away, vast amounts of it still poured relentlessly into his body, endlessly. And this wasn't useless trash, but knowledge that truly expounded the ultimate truths of the universe.
He was casting it away far slower than it poured in.
"No!"
A despairing roar rang out from among the bubbles. Never in all his existence had Yog imagined he would hate knowledge so much, or so desperately want to escape it. He had never thought he would one day be unable to bear the weight of knowledge, just like those mortals.
"No, Nyarlathotep! Hadn't you already been sealed?"
Yog roared, pushing his power to its limit. A memory from a severed timeline, one that should have vanished, came back to him. He now understood exactly what had happened.
In that severed and sealed timeline, the Three Pillars had fought a cataclysmic battle against Nyarlathotep, who had been corrupted by an Outer God of the highest order. In the end, they had narrowly won and completely severed and sealed that stretch of time. It could be said they had rebooted the universe.
