Uchiha Shisui said, then turned to leave. He failed to notice Danzo's hand suddenly move behind him. In the next instant, Danzo's figure blurred.

"Uchiha Shisui... The time has come. It's time to rule this world. I am Brahman, after all!"

Watching everything through the cockroach's eyes, Uchiha Brahman sped up.

Danzo drove an elbow into Uchiha Shisui's abdomen, bending his body backward. Then he punched Shisui in the face several times, sending him flying high into the air, before gouging out one of his eyes.

But just then, a shadow appeared.

A heavy punch struck Danzo in the head. Then the attacker turned his hand into a blade, severed the arm holding the Sharingan, and took the eye from its grasp. The figure then turned into a shadow and appeared behind Shisui.

"Hello, Shisui!"

An elbow slammed into Uchiha Shisui's back. The terrible pain nearly stopped his heart.

"Ah!"

A scream rang out. Then a hand reached up to Shisui's remaining eye. With a gentle touch, it plucked the eye out.

Danzo gritted his teeth at the sight of those eyes.

A group of Root members leaped out of the shadows.

I absolutely can't let him get Shisui's eyes! Danzo thought, then ordered his subordinates to attack.

But in the next instant, the figure turned into a shadow and vanished. Then, beside Danzo, one of his subordinates' heads suddenly burst open, spraying brains and bone fragments everywhere.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

In just a moment, every one of Danzo's men had been beaten to death.

"Come on, you're so weak! Hahahaha! Danzo, is this the extent of your power?"

Uchiha Brahman appeared beside Uchiha Shisui, laughing gleefully. He held a head in one hand, plucked out its eye, and kindly fitted it into Shisui's empty socket.

Darkness vanished, and light returned to Uchiha Shisui's sight.

"Hello, Shisui!"

Uchiha Brahman lifted Shisui's head and grinned.

"You're... This is the Mangekyo..."

Staring at the figure before him, especially those scarlet eyes, Uchiha Shisui froze. He could hardly believe another Uchiha possessed such power.

Danzo's eyes widened in shock. Uchiha Brahman had just displayed incredible speed, but Danzo had assumed he simply hadn't been paying attention. If he focused, surely he could keep track of him. And yet...
