That bolt of Chaos Lightning, which gathered ten thousand colors yet seemed colorless, merely hovered there quietly, soundless and still, yet it seemed to be the center of the entire Thunder Universe.
Although the Bodhi Ancient Tree Spirit had recognized the Chaos Lightning, he did not know exactly how to obtain it.
Now that Lin Ming had gone to such lengths to reach this place, and knowing the benefits this Chaos Lightning would bring to his Inner World, there was no way he could simply leave. No one would agree to that.
So even though not even the Bodhi Ancient Tree Spirit knew how to collect it, after some thought, Lin Ming decided that since his Inner World was trembling with such longing, he might as well try touching it with World Power!
Thus, with a slight movement of his mind, Lin Ming mobilized a wisp of World Origin power, then attached a thread of his own Soul Power to it and sent it toward the Chaos Lightning.
Under the control of Lin Ming's Soul Power, that World Power slowly extended forward until it touched the edge of the Energy Field surrounding the Chaos Lightning.
"Boom!"
A soul-deep sensation of the world spinning suddenly struck him. Lin Ming felt as if his consciousness had been thrown into a whirlpool spinning at high speed, and the scene before his eyes instantly blurred, twisted, and shattered!
All his senses—sight, hearing, touch—seemed to vanish in that instant!
Daze. Endless daze.
He did not know how much time had passed. Perhaps it was an instant. Perhaps it was eternity.
When Lin Ming regained conscious perception, he discovered that he was already in an unfamiliar space.
This place was still a world of lightning, filled with lightning of various attributes woven together like a net.
