Two streams of golden pool water came roaring from the vortex, clearly distinct from one another. One contained the unrivaledly tyrannical majesty of the True Dragon, while the other carried the sacred and noble pressure of the True Phoenix.
These two powers, which should have been utterly incompatible, now seemed to have found their home before the slowly rotating Dragon-Phoenix Golden Wheel. Each flowed into one end of the wheel.
The power of the True Dragon poured into the dragon shadow, while the power of the True Phoenix merged into the phoenix shadow. Fed by these two immense forces, the once somewhat illusory Dragon-Phoenix Golden Wheel immediately became increasingly solid and radiant.
As more and more pool water containing Dragon-Phoenix Blood Essence was continuously drawn into the Dragon-Phoenix Golden Wheel, golden light began to flicker faintly beneath it.
At first, the golden light was no more noticeable than a tiny firefly. But as time passed, it grew brighter and brighter until, in the end, it shone from the bottom of the pool like a miniature golden sun.
