In the end, Qian Daoliu narrowly lost by half a move. With his own half-move victory, Tang Chen made Qian Daoliu promise that no one from Spirit Hall would ever set foot within the Clear Sky Sect. Qian Daoliu was a gentleman who kept his word. As long as he remained, Spirit Hall would not invade the Clear Sky Sect.

This further cemented the Clear Sky Sect's position as the "Number One Sect Under Heaven," and for a time, its glory was unmatched. Yet not long afterward, Clear Sky Douluo Tang Chen vanished unexpectedly. No one knew where he had gone—not even the people of the Clear Sky Sect. Some said that he had been ambushed by Spirit Hall and perished; others claimed that he had continued searching for that ethereal path—the legendary path to Become God. Rumors spread throughout the continent, but the Clear Sky Sect's people always believed that their Clear Sky Douluo had not fallen, because he was their faith.

At this moment, the Clear Sky Sect Disciples were carrying out their daily cultivation with great fervor. As members of the Number One Sect Under Heaven, the pride in their hearts drove them to cultivate diligently.

The current Clear Sky Sect Master was Tang Xian, Tang Chen's son. His management of the Clear Sky Sect was steady and competent, but he no longer possessed the sharp, imposing presence Tang Chen had once displayed. Instead, he became increasingly restrained, as if he were keeping his head down. Although her Innate Soul Power had reached Level 9, she could not attach Soul Rings, and her soul power could not increase. Yet while heaven had closed one door for her, it had opened another window. Though she possessed only Level 9 soul power, she had been granted an Innate Domain.

Tang Yuehua's domain was called the Noble Ring. This domain could help soul masters calm their minds and focus their spirits, improve their bearing, eliminate their Inner Demons, and guide them toward their true hearts. This was extremely important for high-level soul masters. The higher a soul master's Soul Power Level, the more difficult cultivation became. Yet Tang Xian knew full well that the girl understood everything; she simply never spoke of it. Tang Xian thought to himself, As long as I live, I will protect her. Even after I am gone, her two older brothers will be able to protect her.
