After Danny hit that three-pointer, the Thunder continued their offense.
The commentators all started weighing in:
"The Kings hit the three, but now they have to stop the Thunder from attacking inside. They need to send someone to double-team the Thunder's Big Snake with Wang Yi. They can't leave Wang Yi to guard Big Snake one-on-one."
"There's no denying that Wang Yi is one of the better interior defenders among guards. He just shut Saylor down completely. But against a player like Big Snake, leaving Wang Yi to handle him alone is a terrible idea."
"So De'Anthony needs to make an adjustment."
But when the Kings' players took their positions in the frontcourt, the expert commentators all stared in disbelief.
Wade shook his head, baffled.
"What's going on? They're still having Wang Yi guard Big Snake one-on-one?"
Stephen A. Smith was at a loss for words too.
"Having Wang Yi guard Big Snake alone is just ridiculous. He's failed to stop him three times already. Has De'Anthony lost his mind?"
But just five seconds later, everyone fell silent.
As soon as Big Snake reached the frontcourt, he saw Wang Yi still guarding him in the paint.
He couldn't help but smirk. "You're asking for it. Don't blame me for what happens next."
He backed Wang Yi down and waved for everyone else to clear out, muttering as he did:
"Spread out! Get out of the way! This foolish Old King doesn't believe in God? Then I'll make him believe today. Clear out!"
As he spoke, their guard passed him the ball.
Big Snake backed Wang Yi down with two dribbles, forcing him under the basket. Then he suddenly gathered the ball, turned, and went up for a dunk.
But the moment he turned, before he could even raise the ball,
