As Wang Yi signed an autograph for Coco Wells, she kept talking:
"I've always envied my dad for getting to work with a Superstar. I never thought I'd get the chance to work with you, too. Thanks for the autograph, Brother Yi. I'll treasure it. Brother Yi, could I get a hug?"
Wang Yi nodded. "Of course."
The girl immediately stepped forward and gave Wang Yi a big hug.
A very enthusiastic hug, too.
It left Wang Yi feeling a little awkward.
Once she stepped back, she sat down on the sofa.
Wang Yi collected himself and pointed to her résumé. "Your name's Coco Wells, right?"
The girl flashed him a warm smile. "That's right. It's a pretty nice name, isn't it?"
Wang Yi smiled. "It is. But back to the matter at hand: first, let me clarify that you'll be working for me, not working with me. Second, I assume your father has already told you what I expect from you."
"My requirements are pretty strict. You have to be available around the clock. For instance, if I can't sleep in the middle of the night and decide to train, you'll need to be ready to come in."
Coco nodded.
"Of course. My dad told me all about it. Don't worry, I'm a professional. He told me that the most important thing in our line of work is professionalism. If you're getting a salary that high, one people can only envy, then you have to be ready whenever and wherever you're needed."
"Of course, all of this should go in the contract, too. If I break the agreement, I'll pay you a penalty."
Seeing how lively and talkative the girl was—she even talked more than he did—Wang Yi couldn't help thinking that her personality was nothing like her dad's.
