The referee was already urging both teams to get on the court. Wang Yi clapped his hands and said to the young players:
"One, two, three!"
The young players raised their little fists and shouted, "We will win!"
Wang Yi patted each of the young players on the shoulder and sent them onto the court.
Once they were on the court, the coach asked Wang Yi:
"What if Wang Shiying faces too much defensive pressure, and Wang Shiyu gets completely shut down by constant double-teams?"
Wang Yi patted the young coach on the shoulder and said with a smile, "Don't worry. I have another plan."
The coach looked puzzled. He had no idea what Wang Yi's backup plan was.
Wang Yi did have another plan. The only problem was that the children were so young that if he told them too much at once, they might not remember it. He had to take things one step at a time.
After play resumed, Rose Kindergarten moved the ball around and scored near the basket again. Then it was Foresthill Kindergarten's turn to inbound.
Wang Shiyu kept trying to lose his defender with a Backdoor Cut, but after he shook off two defenders, two more would quickly close in.
Wang Shiying glanced at the players' positions and eventually moved to the left side, near the sideline.
When Wang Yi saw Wang Shiyu trying to shake off his defenders by running toward Wang Shiying, he called out loudly:
"Don't go over there! Spread out! You and your sister need to keep as much distance between you as possible!"
If the two of them stayed too close, all five opponents could rush over and shut them both down.
On the other hand, if they stayed far apart, Wang Shiying would only have one defender
