As long as Mad Tiger Tagore and I shut down those two Spider-Men's three-pointers, the opposing team would lose a major part of its offensive firepower.
That would give us a chance to catch up.

"Octopus, your job on defense from here on is to limit Bryce. Don't let him pass the ball easily."
Then he turned to the two big men. "As for their main weapon, Antoine, as soon as he gets the ball, Dauding, you and Charlie Hannum double-team him."
The players all nodded. Coach Dako, however, was considering whether Wang Yi's plan made sense.
In the end, he realized that with this arrangement, every one of the opposing team's main offensive threats had someone guarding him.
The reason Zhang Yu hadn't been able to stop Donnie earlier was that he was shorter and couldn't disrupt the other man's shot.

Antoine wouldn't be able to make much of an impact against a double-team, either. As for the other two Spider-Men, Small Forward Donnie Donnie and Power Forward Deng Dute, Mad Tiger Tagore and the team's best defender, Wang Yi, would hound them. That should have some effect, too.
The only player left uncovered in the entire Defense system was the opposing team's Shooting Guard, Duke Jin.
And Duke Jin was the weakest scorer among their five starters.
If they had to leave someone open, leaving him was no problem.
