During their first season, the Ball Family Brothers hadn't achieved much.
They hadn't even made the Playoffs.
But after two seasons of playing together, the Ball Family Brothers had developed the kind of chemistry only brothers could have. Combined with their decent individual skills, they'd somehow made it to the Eastern Conference Finals this season.
Before the Eastern Conference Finals began, Ball Dad once again started making his usual outrageous boasts.
"I know everyone's tired of hearing my big talk, but I can tell you with confidence that my three sons are different from years past. They can absolutely beat the Raptors led by Wang Yi."
The reporters were quick to seize the opportunity and press him further.
"What's the basis for that claim?"
Ball Dad laughed and replied confidently, "The basis is that my three sons are better than before, while Wang Yi is a few years older."
One reporter asked a question that hit a little too close to home for Ball Dad.
"Do you remember when your youngest son threatened Wang Yi before a game? Ever since then, whenever Wang Yi sees him, he beats him up and keeps him from scoring a single point. Given that, do you still think your three sons can beat Wang Yi?"
Even the most painful questions didn't faze Ball Dad. After all, as long as you had thick enough skin, you were invincible.
He lifted his chin and laughed at the reporter. "You know the old Chinese saying: 'When brothers work together, they can cut through metal.' As long as the three Ball brothers pull together, there's nothing we can't do."
Ball Dad added one last remark.
"If Wang Yi is destined to be defeated as he gets older, then the ones who beat him will be the three Ball
