Mohammed introduced it to everyone:
"This Aerial Stadium is 350 meters tall. The bottom 15 floors contain sports facilities, including indoor basketball and soccer arenas, badminton and table tennis courts, and a swimming pool."
"There are also entertainment facilities like an amusement park, restaurants, and a casino, as well as a shopping center."
"Floors 16 through 60 are ordinary guest rooms. Floors 61 through 80 are upscale rooms and Presidential Suites. The bowl-shaped structure at the very top of the hotel is the stadium."
As he spoke, Mohammed led Wang Yi and the others into a cylindrical sightseeing elevator with glass walls on all four sides. It began to ascend.
From inside the elevator, they could take in the view of the whole city. A little higher up, they could see the desert stretching into the distance.
Mohammed said, "Every day at sunrise and sunset, you can ride the elevator and enjoy a perfect view of the sun rising or setting over the desert."
At last, the elevator stopped inside the stadium at the very top.
The arena was partially enclosed.
The enormous dome overhead could be moved.
Mohammed explained:
"During the day, temperatures are high, so the dome is only partially closed. There are two ventilation passages at each end, east and west, allowing the high-altitude winds to flow through and cool the arena, keeping it at a comfortable temperature."
"At night, the dome opens, so you can enjoy the starry sky over the desert while playing on the court."
"Our initial budget for building this arena was 20 billion dollars, but in the end, we spent a total of 35.7 billion."
Everyone listened in amazement.
Then Mohammed had the arena staff show them some of the facilities they would use regularly.
