Scarlett Kerr froze in place again.
The photographer beside her reminded her, "Scarlett? We should head back."
Scarlett Kerr came to her senses. "Right, we should head back."
The photographer said, "Scarlett, you seem a little out of it."
Scarlett nodded instinctively, then shook her head. "He's my idol. It's my first time meeting him, so I got a little carried away."
The photographer shook his head. "I'm afraid it's not that simple, Scarlett. Don't forget, he already has a wife."
Scarlett Kerr replied half-jokingly, "Does him having a wife conflict with me liking him?"
"Scarlett, you don't actually like him, do you? Oh, damn!"
Scarlett shook her head. "Maybe I really do like him."
The photographer's heart sank when he heard that.
Scarlett usually seemed cheerful and sunny, like a girl who'd just graduated.
She never seemed to have a care in the world.
But those who knew her well knew that once she set her mind on something, she'd give it everything she had.
There were plenty of men who pursued her, but not one had ever caught her eye.
And now that she'd said this, it proved she really did like Wang Yi.
Given her personality, something was bound to happen next.
Thinking this, the photographer tried to reason with her as a colleague. "Scarlett, you know what Wang is like. He's surrounded by beautiful women, but he only loves his wife."
"Nothing will come of your feelings for him."
Scarlett merely shrugged, unconcerned. "I wasn't expecting anything to come of it. He has a wife and a family—that's his business. I like him—that's mine. There's no conflict."
The photographer was utterly dumbfounded. What was going on in young people's heads these days?
He tried again. "He's already married. If you keep liking him, you're only wasting
