His fast-break game was far better than Paul's.
He could hit three-pointers and layups.
And his Three-point Percentage was ten percentage points higher than Paul's.
On top of that, he had the God of Point Guards' court control and experience. The Suns were still determined to cut off his connection with his teammates, but thanks to his mastery of the game, he could thread the ball through even the tiniest opening.
As a result, by the end of the first quarter, the Kings were already ahead by twelve.
