Unless he directly activated the "Beyond the Three Realms, Outside the Five Elements" trait, there was still a considerable chance of exposure.
Through layers upon layers of gray mist, he could vaguely see several enormous, twisted shadows slowly circling beyond the "vacuum" zone formed by the bright white flames.
Their forms varied. Some resembled rotting colossal whales, while others looked like horrifying beings formed from the aggregation of countless vengeful spirits. Evil and deathly still auras emanated from their bodies, enough to chill the heart.
The few Gray Mist energy entities clearly coveted that seemingly weak yet stubbornly undying flame, but they also feared some power it emitted. They only dared linger around the outskirts, constantly probing and releasing silent roars that sent the surrounding gray mist churning violently.

He had no doubt that if he controlled the Mirror Battleship and rashly charged in to collect that flame, he would instantly draw the combined assault of those terrifying beings.
