As I wrote the words "The End," honestly, I let out a long sigh of relief. Nearly two years, over 3.7 million words, and this book had finally reached its full stop.
This was the longest book I'd ever written. Before this, my longest had only been 1.8 million words, so this counted as a small breakthrough.
As for this book, although many readers suggested that I could keep writing, I personally felt that this was about enough. Continuing would only mean padding it out, and there was no need for that.
As for the ending, the pacing really was a little fast, but it shouldn't have reached the point of being a bad ending. At least, that was how I felt. So, that was that.
There should still be a few bonus chapters afterward. As for the new book, I'd already been planning it for a while. Um... it would still be the same genre, but I wouldn't be releasing it just yet. Let me rest properly for two months first and relax.
When the next book was released, I'd announce it here. See you again later, everyone.
Um... lastly, everyone could join the group. Over the next day or two, I'd send out some red packets in the group as a small return for all the support you'd given me. That was all.
