Duanmu Huai glared viciously at the pitch-black screen before him, then turned to look at the others.
"Can't you find that bitch's location?!"
"She isn't here."
The staff member shook his head.
"The signal's too weak. It doesn't seem to be coming from the local area. She must be using our satellites to relay the signal. They should be hiding in some old bunker... Damn it, she shut down Base 56's control system! The monster's power level is increasing!"

Duanmu Huai roared and turned around, then strode toward the door.
"Wait, where are you going?"
"I'm going to kill that monster. You handle the evacuation!"
Duanmu Huai said this as he gave Dr. Serizawa a cold glare.
"And I suggest that the Monarch Organization conduct a damn background check in the future. Stop recruiting every random dumbass and lunatic you come across! Lorena, Kigara, let's go!"
Watching Duanmu Huai and the others disappear through the door, Dr. Serizawa plopped down on the table and fell silent. The expressions of everyone else were equally unpleasant. But they couldn't exactly say Duanmu Huai was wrong to curse them out. After all, in their eyes... Dr. Emma really was a lunatic.
"Evacuate Mara Island immediately."
Dr. Serizawa issued the order, then gazed at the island on the screen before him with a complicated expression.
