He defeated Sherry’s mutated father, William, and Anni sent the group toward the Umbrella research facility, but William’s corpse began mutating again after they left.

As Claire led Sherry toward the train, Duanmu Huai stayed behind and finally tore the pursuing Mutated Creature apart.
