Purify Spirit and Soul Breaker

"Dear passengers, we have arrived at Eastsea Station. Passengers disembarking, please take your luggage and leave the train in an orderly manner."

Leng Yaozhu escorted the two of them all the way to the gates of Eastsea Academy. She only left after giving them a few instructions.

After meditating to recover the Magic Power he had expended, he processed the Heavy Silver and Mithril separately, then fused them with Shaping Art. A mass of dark silver liquid and a mass of bright silver liquid gradually merged, eventually forming a liquid dotted with shining bright silver Light Spots.

After carefully checking that there were no problems, he picked up the Rune Carving Pen and injected it with Magic Power. Like dipping a quill into ink, he dipped it into the bright gold liquid. The bright gold liquid was slowly absorbed by the bright silver quill, which gradually began to glow bright gold from its tip to its feathers.

Following a design he had practiced many times, An Ping lowered his head and carefully carved the Longsword. Strange runes appeared one after another across the blade, strokes crossing and turning. He performed the same operation on the second Longsword. After testing them, he found that although the two Longswords looked exactly alike, their effects differed slightly.

The Soul Bone's sharpness had been retained in both without exception. "Has it been that long?" An Ping said. "Didn't we get a Soul Bone before? I spent the past few days making it into two weapons."

"Weapons?" Gu Yuena looked curious. "Can I take a look?"

An Ping nodded. "Of course. Didn't we agree before that if I made an extra one, I'd give you one? I happened to make two."

As he spoke, An Ping took out the two Longswords and placed them side by side on the desk. "Here. Soul Breaker and Spirit Purifier. Pick one."

Looking at the Longswords on the table, which glimmered with faint silver light, Gu Yuena could barely see any difference between them apart from their names. She asked in confusion, "They look the same. What is there to choose?"

An Ping shook his head and introduced the characteristics of each sword to Gu Yuena.

Gu Yuena said in surprise, "Destroying and purifying souls? The names fit rather well."

An Ping shook his head. "They're just names. They're actually pretty similar. A tendency doesn't mean it has only that one trait; it just means that trait is a little stronger than the other."
