Then the infamous "Beasts" Kaido was sent flying along with Amon. Because the latter was simply too massive, the inertia was tremendous. Kaido could barely redirect any of the force, and over ninety percent of the damage landed squarely on him.
The unprecedented agony nearly made Kaido pass out on the spot. Once he hit the ground, he saw that nearly half his ribs had been cut open, exposing the organs in his chest cavity. Every one of them was clearly visible, and blood was spraying everywhere!

His entire body might even have been split cleanly in half by that horrifying blow!
Don't say Kaido's spine was indestructible. In fact, that crescent-moon-like slash had already carved a deep gash into it, exposing and damaging the marrow within.
Fortunately, Kaido's vitality was unbelievably strong, and the physiology of Evil Spirits differed somewhat from that of normal humans. Even injuries this severe could be treated and fully healed.
If it had been anyone else, even if they survived such grievous wounds, they would have spent the rest of their life in a wheelchair.
