Vinsmoke Niji was utterly incapable of fighting back against Mousse and was infuriated into fainting. Vinsmoke Ichiji became even more keenly aware that Mousse was far stronger than himself. What concerned him even more, however, was that his younger brother's desperate Electric Shock had actually had no effect at all?
Though he was still very young, thanks to the systematic education the Vinsmoke Family had subjected them to almost from birth, Vinsmoke Ichiji already clearly understood the uses of the abilities possessed by himself and his three siblings, as well as how to deal with them:
Take his second brother Vinsmoke Ichiji's electric ability, for example. Even an opponent far stronger than him would be temporarily paralyzed all over after taking a hit. Even if it caused little actual damage, it would still give him or his allies a chance to strike a killing blow.

Otherwise, no matter how strong they were, they would still go numb. At most, the paralysis would last for less time. They would never show no sign at all of having been shocked like that person just now.
But anyone who could train Armament Haki to that level could at least be considered a C-rank powerhouse. (P.S. The Vinsmoke brothers were all loyal readers of Mousse's column~) They could run rampant throughout the North Blue. Yet this red-haired boy who had appeared out of nowhere looked only twelve or thirteen. How could he possibly be that strong?
Vinsmoke Ichiji simply could not believe it. Naturally, he suspected that the other party possessed an
