The Eternal Night Church worshipped the [Dark State], a surreal, mysterious creature. Han Su wasn't entirely unfamiliar with it. He knew the Dark State was one of the Twelve Anomalies. There was also a monster belonging to this sequence in the Ancient Castle, shaped like a strange scarecrow.
That monster seemed very weak, though. Han Su rarely had a chance to encounter it while playing hide-and-seek in the Ancient Castle. He only caught a glimpse of it during the ritual on the third day, the Night of Joy.
So the Eternal Night Church, like the Copper Text Church, was one of the most powerful mysterious organizations in the world?
