Han Su used the Emperor’s power to exploit a flaw in the ritual and move to seize the world altar, while Chao Xiaobei and several other altar cores began helping him.

Han Su seized control of the World Guardian Organization's world ritual, freeing the inheritors to turn the natural disasters against the noble bloodlines and using the ritual to recite the Cipher Incantation “All Nothing.” The world froze as eleven Knights appeared, and they told Han Su that each of them was the Emperor.

Han Su learned that the Emperor, the knights, and the Reconstruction Era were fabricated as part of a scheme to keep the Mother of Machinery asleep, then exposed the Eternal Grand Duke hiding behind the Twelve Races. As the Grand Duke denied his claims, Grotesque Doctor announced that the Emperor existed—and that he had made him.

• The white-robed old man explained that the Mother of Machinery had gone mad, while the prehistoric knights had disguised themselves as her companions and built a false civilization to keep her asleep.
• The phantoms revealed that the Emperor, the knights, and the history of betrayal were invented to divert humanity’s curiosity and make ambitious people into targets for the Mother of Machinery’s hatred.

Grotesque Doctor and Wei Qiu revealed how the Twelve Races had hidden the Emperor Sequence and used civilization as a ranch, then sent the history of the Emperor to everyone in the world. As the world began to believe the Emperor had existed, the two conspirators confronted the terrified old gods with the possibility that belief could bring him into reality.

Han Su returned to the Ancient Castle, where he and the children who remembered their past lives overpowered its monsters and prepared to inherit their powers. After learning that the Mother of Machinery needed a true Emperor to protect civilization, Han Su agreed to sign the No. 00 World Contract and become its guardian.

• The eleven Gods attacked Han Su while Mother of Machinery fought them, but Li Manman took control of the consciousness hard drive and helped defend the battlefield.
• Anwei, Han Su's allies, and a future version of Han Su arrived to confront the Gods; Han Su exchanged suitcases with his future self and returned to the Ancient Castle.
• Han Su found that Chao Xiaobei and many other children remembered their past lives, then protected Little Boy from the Pig Head Butcher's knife and defeated the Old Butler.
• Han Su suppressed the Ancient Castle's monsters with his Spell and led Chao Xiaobei upstairs to the surveillance room, where he found the No. 07 Mechanical Fragment.
