Was the ruler of the Night Dynasty also a Saint King?

"This one hasn't agreed to the Dynasty's offer yet. For now, I've only given them my terms."

Saint Xiong Li was taken aback. "Terms?"

His attitude softened somewhat. He realized that if Li Ye had only given the other side his terms and had yet to accept their offer, then pressuring him with a hard-line attitude would only push him straight into the Dynasty's camp.

"May I ask what terms Li Shengzi proposed? The Night Dynasty will offer twice as much."

Then he noticed strange looks turning his way, and Saint Xiong Li felt distinctly uncomfortable.

Li Ye smiled. "The Night Dynasty certainly has impressive generosity. The Dynasty can't compare to it with its pettiness."

"Fine! You can have the same terms. If you find what I'm looking for before the Dynasty does, I can pledge my allegiance to the Night Dynasty as well."
