Styx nodded slightly. "That's right. Next, we can officially establish the new world structure of 'One Core, Many Elements, Myriad Laws Interconnected.'"
"This is the crucial step in truly reshaping the world. It requires the World Spirit to take the lead, the council to formulate the policies, and everyone to work together to implement them. Only then can the world truly be reshaped."
Old Man Myriad Phenomena stepped forward and bowed. "The council has preliminarily drafted the core provisions of the New Realm Fundamental Covenant, Contribution Merit Regulations, Myriad Laws Interconnection Protocol, and Heavenly Punishment Precepts."
"Although some details still need to be refined, the main framework and basic principles have already gained the consensus of both sides' higher-ups. Please review them, Senior and World Spirit."
As he spoke, he and several other core members each took out a jade slip suffused with flowing radiance and respectfully presented them.
Styx and the World Spirit swept their divine senses over them and quickly browsed the information within.
