The black radiance around him grew denser and denser, until no one could make out his face. In that instant, however, the radiance broke apart into countless pinpricks of light that scattered throughout the Demon Realm!
Luo Hou spoke slowly. "The Demon Realm is established!" As soon as he finished, the black lights joined together, forming a mass so immense that it covered the entire Demon Realm. Centered on Luo Hou, the connected lights coiled around one another in layers, producing countless red threads that wound through the void. They formed strands of rule and merged into the Demon Realm.
