A hazy gray light appeared. Even the thunder of heaven and earth dared not run rampant beneath it, and slowly faded away. The laws gradually concealed themselves, and the entire Dao diagram blurred.
Crocodile Ancestor gazed at the vanishing Dao diagram and sighed at his own insignificance. Before heaven and earth, he was nothing.
Crocodile Ancestor bowed to Hua Dou. "The Saint saved me twice, yet I still failed to see the light. I was truly foolish and ignorant."
Hua Dou said, "The past is gone. What matters most is the present."
Crocodile Ancestor seemed to understand. He sighed. "I was wrong. Heaven and earth cannot be deceived, and the grievances of all living beings cannot be stopped. Enough. Let the past fade away." As he spoke, he opened his mouth and spat out two Soul Thoughts: the seeds of the evil thought and obsession he had kept within himself. Once his cultivation reached a certain level, he could use those seeds to find the two thoughts again.
Hua Dou took the seed of obsession and shook his head. "Heaven and earth have their own laws, and no one can escape them. Return to the cycle of reincarnation." The seed of obsession let out a mournful cry, turned into a Flowing Light, and flew toward the horizon before disappearing.
Guiguzi, however, took the seed of Crocodile Ancestor's evil thought. "You and I are fated to meet. Come with me." An ancient, unadorned little cauldron appeared above his head, and immediately swallowed the seed.
Radiant clouds swirled inside the jade cauldron. Black Qi gathered around its mouth, and within it, Vengeful Spirits appeared, their faces twisted in pain.
Hua Dou said, "The Grievance Qi on these Vengeful Spirits is too heavy for them to enter the Six Paths of Reincarnation. They
