Ch. 322New World (6)

The Vanguard Legion secured United Port and New Kakin Port on the Imaginary New Continent, where the Kakin remnants had left nuclear bombs as a trap. Wang Gao received intelligence about the continent’s dangerous regions and its history of failed colonization.

  • Monkey Head Mushroom’s fleet occupied United Port and took control of its harbor, fortresses, and shipyards.
  • Monkey Head Mushroom led a subfleet to New Kakin Port, where a hidden cache of bombs detonated when a Space Gate opened.
  • Monkey Head Mushroom activated the Rule Modification System, and the special operations team dismantled the remaining self-destruct devices before securing New Kakin Port.
  • Wang Gao and Vegapunk arrived at United Port, where a Skynet Agent gave Wang Gao intelligence on the Imaginary New Continent.
  • Wang Gao shared the data with Vegapunk, Darwin, and the others, revealing the continent’s dangerous ecosystems and history of failed settlement attempts.

Ch. 323New World (7)

Wang Gao and the others examined Lake Mobius’s geology and learned that the Human World lay inside the crater of an ancient supervolcano, protected from New World creatures by the Reef Sea and a lack of nutrients. Wang Gao also reviewed the history and role of the Coral People and their Merman guides, while the Human Reform League’s ability to fly meant it had no immediate conflict with them.

  • Dr. Darwin and Vegapunk studied the seabed map as Wang Gao identified the Human World as the crater left by an ancient submarine volcanic eruption.
  • Wang Gao explained that the dormant supervolcano would not become active for at least 80 million years, while the Reef Sea shielded the Human World from giant creatures and extreme waves.
  • Vegapunk asked why powerful New World creatures had not settled in the Human World, and Wang Gao explained that its poor nutrient supply could not sustain them.
  • Wang Gao identified the Gatekeepers as the Coral People, who had migrated to the Reef Sea and established the Four Great Gates to help humans and other demi-humans reach safety.
  • Wang Gao explained that the Merman Tribe served as guides across Lake Mobius but charged heavily for dangerous journeys, while the Human Reform League could fly over the Coral People’s territory.

Ch. 324Tenacity

The Human Reform League established a forward base at United Port and built five Ecological Monitoring Stations across the Imaginary New Continent to monitor its unstable ecosystem and collect biological genes and soul memes. At White Bone Grassland, a Ground Mouth Worm swallowed a robot and scattered its remains alongside the bones of its prey as the continent’s creatures struggled to survive.

  • The Human Reform League designated the Imaginary New Continent an ecological preservation zone and rapidly transformed United Port into a forward base.
  • A Star-class warship deployed Nanobots at Purple Cloud Peak, which turned the mountain into an Ecological Monitoring Station while Winged Dragons circled nearby.
  • The Human Reform League established five Ecological Monitoring Stations and sent staff and robots to monitor and collect species across the continent.
  • A Ground Mouth Worm swallowed a spider-shaped robot beneath White Bone Grassland and later spewed bones, rocks, and sand across the ground.
  • Several round objects among the Ground Mouth Worm’s expelled remains unfolded into creatures resembling pangolins.

Ch. 325Landing

The Vanguard Legion entered the New World and traveled through Lake Mobius, capturing creatures as it advanced. After reaching the northern coast, Wang Gao turned the Three-eyed Sand Crab Zaza into a heavily armed transport for the exploration team.

  • Monkey Head Mushroom led the First Fleet through Space Gates into Lake Mobius, where it weathered a hurricane and captured Gas Balls and other creatures.
  • The fleet advanced across the New World for months, collecting specimens before reaching the coast north of Lake Mobius in early February 2000.
  • Wang Gao, Vegapunk, and an exploration team landed on a vast beach where Wulong Tea found a broken blade left by the Kakin remnants.
  • Wang Gao subdued the Three-eyed Sand Crab Zaza and planted a Mecha Seed in it, transforming it into a Dragon-class Peak biological fortress and transport.
  • Wang Gao and the exploration team continued deeper into the New World aboard the modified crab.

Ch. 326Rampage

The Human Reform League’s Three-eyed Sand Crab rampaged through North Shore Forest, defeating a Green Vine Forest Turtle while its Dragon Bees treated the creature. Meanwhile, Ging and Pariston’s force watched the footage and faced a choice between fleeing toward Labyrinth City and moving cautiously through the dangerous New World.

  • Zaza cut down trees as Dragon Bees captured nearby creatures, and the Three-eyed Sand Crab’s countermeasures sliced apart attacking vines.
  • A Green Vine Forest Turtle attacked, but Zaza opened its shell with an X-shaped wound; Dragon Bees then treated it while Zaza continued clearing the way.
  • A scout insect observed the encounter, and Sailut and a Memory Image user projected its footage for Ging, Pariston, and their team.
  • Pariston noted the Human Reform League emblem and reasoned that its Dragon Bees could control the turtle; Ging judged the crab’s destructive power to be at least A-rank.
  • Ging’s team estimated the crab could catch them in two or three days and debated heading for Labyrinth City, but the dangers of traveling left them trapped in a dilemma.

Ch. 327Choice

The Fourth Prince revealed that his Nen ability let him see ten seconds into the future, helping Ging and Pariston lead the Kakin Team toward Labyrinth City while they fled the Human Reform League. Wang Gao captured an Eight-winged Elephant Fly and had it modified, as the Kakin Team hurried onward, determined to seek tools to resist their pursuers.

  • The Fourth Prince revealed his ten-second foresight ability, and Ging and Pariston revised the Kakin Team’s plan around it.
  • Wang Gao watched an Eight-winged Elephant Fly flee, then used a giant hand to seize it and send it through a Space Gate.
  • The Kakin Team realized the Human Reform League’s power and its refusal to pardon serious criminals left them with no choice but to keep running.
  • The Fourth Prince urged the group to move, and his foresight combined with Ging’s and Pariston’s experience let more than a thousand people travel toward Labyrinth City at high speed.
  • The Kakin Team aimed to reach Labyrinth City for its Panacea Herb and ancient technology, hoping to gain leverage against the Human Reform League.
  • The Human Reform League implanted a Mecha Seed in the captured Eight-winged Elephant Fly and began transforming it into an A+ rank creature.

Ch. 328The Maze

Wang Gao’s group reached Labyrinth City and uncovered how its powerful magnetic field and chaotic air currents hindered intruders. As Wang Gao entered the city and killed a spy watching him, a mysterious being deep underground revived and absorbed a Brion.

  • After two days crossing the Elephant Grass Great Plains, Wang Gao’s group arrived at Labyrinth City, where its shifting magnetic field prevented Space Gates from opening.
  • Wang Gao and Vegapunk discovered that the city’s magnetic walls and flowing currents disrupted Nanobots and strengthened its Plant Weapon guards.
  • Vegapunk stayed outside to research while Wang Gao led Violet, Enel, and Skynet Agents into the city.
  • Wang Gao spotted and killed a fly spying on his group, causing Sailut and a Nen user in the Kakin Team to die when their connection to the fly was destroyed.
  • Deep underground, a mysterious being revived with a stream of tricolored liquid and absorbed a Brion, which formed armor around its body.

Ch. 329Going Deeper

Wang Gao's group explored Labyrinth City, studying its scale, passages, and ecosystem before encountering Brion-controlled creatures. Wang Gao devoured a Brion's stealth ability, while a towering figure watching from a palace took notice of him.

  • Wang Gao inferred from the maze's passage dimensions that the Labyrinth People were likely 4.2 to 7 meters tall.
  • Wang Gao's group found a bloodstained hall where three Brion-controlled corpses attacked Enel.
  • Enel repelled the attackers, whose bodies absorbed Nen Bullets, regenerated from wounds, and spread spores.
  • More Brion arrived, and one used an undetectable Nen ability to wrap around Wang Gao.
  • Wang Gao's Soul Body countered and devoured the Brion, copying its ability.
  • A towering figure in a palace watched Wang Gao defeat the Brion on a projected screen.

Ch. 330Attack

Enel imprisoned the Brions that attacked Wang Gao, prompting Minotaur Krete to send the Black Kill Legion after the invaders. As the legion advanced, a divination warned the Kakin Team that the west, south, and north meant death, while the east offered their only chance to survive.

  • Enel trapped more than twenty Brions in Static Space, cutting off their telepathic link to the Labyrinth People.
  • Minotaur Krete ordered the Black General to awaken the Black Kill Legion and capture the intruders alive, then fed on human infants with his elite Minotaurs.
  • The Black General awakened five hundred Minotaur soldiers equipped with Brions and led them through Krete City's farms, breeding area, and Power Palace.
  • The Black Kill Legion split at the inner gate, with General Giant Axe leading half toward the Kakin Team and the Black General taking the rest after Wang Gao's group.
  • A Kakin Team mercenary divined that the west, south, and north meant death, while the east was the only route to survival.

Ch. 331Life and Death

Ging and Pariston led the Kakin Team through the shifting maze while the Minotaurs tried to trap them, until Enel’s attack opened a route to the surface. The Kakin Team found Wang Gao’s group, and a divination warned them to flee south as two Black Kill Legions approached.

  • Pariston and Ging led the Kakin Team east after divination, while the Fourth Prince used his foresight to guide them through shifting Magnetic Rock walls.
  • Ging detected a danger beneath them and led the team down, then the Minotaurs widened their encirclement when they failed to trap the group.
  • Enel blasted apart a large area of the maze, disrupting the Minotaurs’ plan and allowing the Kakin Team to reach the surface.
  • Fei Kai used Projection Mirror to reveal Wang Gao, Enel, Violet, and their companions, and Ging and Pariston recognized them as the Kakin Team’s chance of survival.
  • The Black General and another Black Kill Legion emerged on levitating platforms and headed toward Wang Gao’s group and the Kakin Team.
  • The Kakin Team’s diviner foretold that life lay south of the Abyss and urged them to leave swiftly.

Ch. 332Light Sphere

Wang Gao and Enel confronted the Minotaur Tribe at the large pit while the Kakin Team watched from the south. The Minotaurs detonated their self-destruction devices, leaving the expanded pit filled with smoke and silence.

  • Ging and Pariston led the Kakin Team around to the southern side of the pit as the Minotaurs changed course to approach it.
  • The Black General, Ximi, ordered Giant Axe to pursue the other group, but Enel dragged Giant Axe's flying platform into the pit.
  • Giant Axe and the Minotaur soldiers attacked Enel, Wang Gao, Violet, and the other Skynet Agents, while Wang Gao immobilized several Minotaurs and read one soldier's memories.
  • Wang Gao ordered Enel to stop playing, and Enel attacked the Minotaurs with lightning as Giant Axe used a Decoy ability to recover from fatal injuries.
  • Giant Axe and the other Minotaurs detonated their self-destruction devices, expanding the pit to roughly thirteen kilometers and filling it with a blinding blast, magma, smoke, and silence.

Ch. 333White-Hot

Wang Gao and Enel survived the Minotaurs’ antimatter explosion, and the battle at the Large Pit escalated as the Minotaurs attacked with Nen abilities. The Kakin Team retreated south but was caught by the distant effects of Hell Chime and began carrying out Plan Thirteen.

  • The Kakin Team used Faraway Paradise to escape the explosion, then watched Fei Kai project the destruction at the Large Pit and believed Wang Gao and Enel had been killed.

  • Wang Gao identified the Minotaurs’ storage-space abilities and the antimatter composition of their Endless Stone explosives.
  • The Black General ordered Giant Axe to use Hell Demon Sound, but Enel killed Giant Axe and annihilated over two hundred Minotaurs before they revived again.
  • Enel fought the Black General while the remaining Minotaurs attacked the Skynet Agents, and the Kakin Team continued retreating south.
  • Hell Chime reached the retreating Kakin Team, disrupting some members’ senses and Aura, so Ging ordered the support team to execute Plan Thirteen.

Ch. 334Endless Malice

Wang Gao absorbed the electricity in Labyrinth City, destroyed a vast region of the labyrinth, and trapped the Black General and hundreds of Minotaurs in endless reincarnation. Deep inside the city, Minotaur Krete responded to their suffering by ordering every legion awakened for war.

  • Ging and Pariston urged the Kakin Team to retreat while they watched the Human Reform League battle the Minotaurs and gathered intelligence.
  • The Fourth Prince led the Kakin Team into Faraway Paradise as a magnetic field mutation disrupted the battle and threatened the group.

  • Wang Gao altered the souls of more than five hundred Minotaurs and sent them into the Tree of Reincarnation.
  • Minotaur Krete sensed the Minotaurs' suffering and ordered every legion awakened to exterminate the humans.

Ch. 335Deathly Silence (Bonus Chapter)

The Kakin Team fled Labyrinth City after seeing the Human Reform League’s battle with the Minotaurs. Far away in the Thunder Mountain Range, Netero’s group witnessed the same battle through a Nen projection and saw Wang Gao erase a vast maze in an instant.

  • Ging’s team saw Minotaurs imprisoned in a painful illusion beneath Labyrinth City and suspected the Human Reform League could disable Nen abilities.
  • The Kakin Team retreated southeast to avoid being caught in the battle’s aftermath.
  • At a camp in the rain-soaked Thunder Mountain Range, Netero’s group felt a tremor and used Nen abilities to project events at Labyrinth City.
  • Netero’s group watched the Minotaurs revive and fight Enel, Wang Gao, and the Skynet Agents, but the Minotaurs were suppressed.
  • Wang Gao drained the surrounding electricity and destroyed a hundred thousand square kilometers of maze, leaving Netero’s group stunned.

Ch. 336Abyss

Wang Gao devastated Labyrinth City, first destroying its southern region and then triggering the Minotaurs’ stored antimatter missiles in the central region. Netero and the Twelve Earthly Branches watched the city become a vast lava-filled pit, while the Minotaurs’ remaining forces were left amid the ruins.

  • Wang Gao destroyed the southern area of Labyrinth City, then used vines to bind Black General and more than five hundred Minotaurs while their suffering in his illusion played on a projection.
  • Kurapika told Cow Brother that Brion likely parasitized victims and copied their Nen abilities, and Netero ordered Mirage moved to Labyrinth City’s central region.
  • Wang Gao’s group abandoned their maze exploration and flew to the central region aboard the Eight-winged Elephant Fly.
  • The Minotaurs fired Tungsten Steel Bullets at the Eight-winged Elephant Fly, but Violet controlled it to dodge every shot.
  • Minotaur ordered the Thunder Core Missiles launched, but Wang Gao manipulated the stored Endless Stone and caused it to explode throughout Labyrinth City.
  • The explosions destroyed more than 200,000 square kilometers of the central region, leaving a vast lava-filled pit and reducing the remaining mazes to ruins.

Ch. 337Tremors

A massive tremor in the Elephant Grass Great Plains alarmed tribes and powerful beings across the New World. The Golden Feather Eagle Person received a dire prophecy and sent Hufu with a thousand soldiers toward the Human World, while other watchers noticed the disturbance and crimson eyes awakened near the World Mother Tree.

  • Netero and the others felt the tremors and stared at the apparent mirage.
  • Basa Hooligan gathered the Jackal Tribe's Elders and High Priest, who declared the tremor an omen of calamity.
  • Hakav delivered a prophecy to the Golden Feather Eagle Person, warning that a person of calamity would force the Wild Realm's races to surrender or face destruction.
  • The Golden Feather Eagle Person ordered Hufu to lead one thousand soldiers to the central Crimson Smoke Sea and slaughter every living thing there, and Hufu departed aboard Golden Boats.
  • A robot informed its Master in Mobile City of high-energy reactions and neutrinos in the Elephant Grass Great Plains, but the Master dismissed the disturbance as irrelevant.
  • Tremors awakened crimson eyes near the World Mother Tree, and nearby magical beasts fled in terror.

Ch. 338Deathly Nen

In Labyrinth City, the Minotaurs sacrificed Haisha and nine soldiers to unleash their accumulated Deathly Nen against Wang Gao. Wang Gao began mutating as the Deathly Nen invaded him, while the white-haired General claimed it would spread to everyone connected to its target.

  • Minotaur Krete concealed his presence and fled north with more than three hundred elite Minotaurs while ordinary Minotaurs charged Wang Gao and Enel.
  • A white-haired Minotaur ordered Haisha to perform the Divine Descent Ritual, and Haisha fused with nine soldiers into a towering giant.
  • The giant drew Deathly Nen from the lingering wills of tens of millions of dead Minotaurs and attacked Wang Gao, whose body escaped the giant's space-fracturing strike by turning into photons.
  • The giant crushed his own heart, releasing the Deathly Nen Aggregate, which appeared on Wang Gao and began merging into his soul.
  • Enel killed the white-haired General, but Wang Gao's body began grotesquely mutating as the General claimed the Deathly Nen would possess everyone connected to Wang Gao.

Ch. 339Advent (Bonus Chapter)

Wang Gao survived the Minotaurs’ Deathly Nen by purifying it with the Human Reform League’s collective will and absorbing its rule information, completing his adaptation to the Hunter Universe. He imprisoned Minotaur and his fleeing followers in an Endless Corridor and left the remaining Minotaurs trapped in reincarnation illusions.

  • Wang Gao’s true body emerged through a ring of light and used the Human Reform League’s Will of All Beings to cleanse the Deathly Nen and absorb the Minotaurs’ rule information.

Ch. 341Unease

Wang Gao trapped Hufu’s Golden Boat fleet in a World Guardian’s spatial prison near Lake Mobius, then left a book that might help them escape. After learning the fleet had vanished and divination again identified the Human Race as the threat to the Great Barren, the Golden Feather Eagle Person was left uneasy.

  • Wang Gao studied the La Clan’s map and records aboard Hufu’s flagship as the fleet neared the Human World.
  • A World Guardian trapped the Golden Boats in altered space, and Hufu ordered the fleet to fire its Laser Cannons without effect.
  • Wang Gao left a book in the La Clan’s script inside the cockpit and vanished, leaving the fleet imprisoned unless its members understood his ideas.
  • A Silver Eagle Person reported that Hufu’s fleet had lost contact in the central Crimson Smoke Sea, near Lake Mobius.
  • The La Clan’s Star Palace divined that the Human Race within Lake Mobius was the enemy of the Myriad Races, and the Golden Feather Eagle Person grew uneasy over the repeated result.
