Every decision that determined the fate of humanity's many civilizations was personally made by one Supreme Being after another through this council.

The Myriad Races Hegemony Competition concerned the fortune of the entire human race. In particular, this competition would determine, through the nine supreme races, where the "Three Disasters and Nine Calamities" plan would be implemented. As a result, the Supreme Council had invested extraordinary attention into this competition, which was ordinarily only meant to cultivate "Supreme Seeds."

At this moment, the three great rulers responsible for the Supreme Council's daily operations during these hundred epochs—Taiyi, Taishi, and Taiyan—had gathered together.

Though they were merely three incarnations, their true bodies...

Were repeatedly attempting to venture into the chaotic void beyond.

Yet unlike Star God Incarnations,

The incarnations left behind by Supreme Beings carried a portion of the true body's power. They were far more powerful than Star God Incarnations, and their operational efficiency was also incomparably swift.

Matter after matter, great and small, reported to the Supreme Council was handled by them with effortless ease.
