Thwack... thwack...

With the serve switching sides, Shinji lightly bounced the tennis ball in his hand, then looked up at Kadokawa Go. "Makino Fuji's captain is nothing special after all..."

As the words left his lips, Shinji caught the ball as it bounced up, then tossed it high into the air.

Whoosh!

The ball dropped straight down. As it reached Shinji, he drew his racket back and swung down hard.

Bang!

With a crack like thunder, Ibu Shinji hammered the ball away.

The orange-yellow ball carved through the air, trailing a shockwave and a fierce gust of wind, before landing heavily in the corner of Kadokawa Go's receiving zone.

Faced with such a fierce serve, Kadokawa Go didn't dare let his guard down. He quickened his footwork and charged toward the ball.

"Don't get too full of yourself! I'll hit it back for sure—Super Tennis!"

Rushing up to the ball, Kadokawa gripped his racket with both hands and swung hard at the rising ball.

But the next moment...

"It's so heavy..."

Shinji had put tremendous spin on this sidespin serve, giving it astonishing penetrating force. Against that shot, Kadokawa simply couldn't keep hold of his racket...

Clatter~

He lasted only a few seconds before the racket crashed to the ground. Kadokawa's eyes widened as he stared at Ibu Shinji across the court, unable to believe what had happened.

After winning the point outright with his serve, Ibu Shinji stopped testing his opponent and launched straight into a full-on assault.

"With your level of skill, I only need to numb you to finish this..."
