"Those who possess the means to seek freedom will lose their freedom?"

Biscuit spent fifteen minutes describing to everyone at the meeting what the four members of their team had experienced during their three days in the Ancient Labyrinth.

The twists and turns of their journey—especially the Night Raid Blood Battle and their fight to kill the Painful Bloodthirsty Apostle—had left everyone on edge.

Gelman listened quietly, without adding a thing.

As they listened to Biscuit, everyone looked through the photographs she and Ging had taken with the stereoscopic camera and developed.

Like photos on a phone, these pictures could be enlarged and reduced.

Even more amazingly, they recreated some of the texture. The unevenness made them feel more real.

Only now did everyone truly grasp that the Gelman Squad had accomplished something extraordinary: they had brought back a form of hope from the Dark Continent.

Beyond's team had once had the chance to become the first to achieve this.

They had even obtained the Alchemy Plant Metallion, but unfortunately, their success had slipped through their fingers on the way back.

The Gelman Squad had the right conditions, the right place, and the right people. That was how they had managed something worthy of being called a great feat.

"That's how things stand."

Biscuit's short-haired appearance made everyone feel a little out of sorts.

Her usual playful, adorable tone had given way to serious and solemn speech, reminding everyone that she really was a veteran.

"Gelman was the first person to test the All-Curing Herb, and the results were as expected. As for its full potential, Shubika will have to explore that."

Shubika shifted in her seat, feeling the pressure.

She rested her hands on her knees and lowered her head, like a shy student listening attentively to her teacher.
