The next morning, the audience seats on the 200th floor of the Sky Arena were packed with noisy spectators.
Gelman, Shizuku, and the others occupied an entire row of seats and, with Wing, the current acting instructor of the Mind Source Style, introducing the match, began watching.
They automatically tuned out the host's impassioned shouting and the cheers of the spectators around them.
The teacher Gelman wanted to find for Killua and Gon was, of course, the warmhearted and patient Wing. At present, there was no one more suitable.
The one currently competing in the arena on the 200th floor was Wing's disciple, Chikyū.
The thick-browed, big-eyed boy, around the same age as Killua and Gon, was struggling in the arena.
However, Killua and Gon didn't look down on Chikyū at all. Instead, they keenly noticed that his fighting strength and resilience were extraordinary.
Perhaps that was the "Nen ability" Gelman had mentioned.
Killua and Gon both readily accepted that Nen abilities were real.
Killua in particular had learned strange techniques such as Body Bend, Snake Bite, and Shadow Step, so he was entirely open to the possibility of even higher-level abilities.
Even so, seeing the fierce offense and defense between Chikyū and his opponent left them secretly astonished.
But Gelman, Shizuku, Wing, and Kurapika were experts. They saw far more than Killua and Gon did.
Wing adjusted his glasses and watched the tense match, his expression rather troubled.
"Last year, after you went to the Kakin Empire, I took proper care of Kurapika's clansmen's Hokage Eyes, then brought Chikyū to the Sky Arena."
"After half a year of effort and training, Chikyū has made a major breakthrough in Nen ability, far beyond where he was at the mansion."
"That allowed him to reach the 200th floor quite smoothly, but
