After setting three cards, White Mask announced the end of his turn.

"Three set cards!? I bet they're troublesome trap cards. Then, it's my turn, draw!"

[Yugi Muto Hand: 5 → 6]

"This card is..."

The card King drew was [Chaos Phantom], the same card Yugi used to defeat Sky Dragon before.

"It can gain the ATK of a monster in the graveyard. It's quite a powerful card. Too bad I didn't draw a card that can clear the opponent's back row..."

King said regretfully.

"You're wrong, Other Me."

Yugi suddenly spoke in King's mind at this moment.

"Huh!? What do you mean, AIBO?"

King asked doubtfully.

"Look closely at the effect of [Chaos Phantom]. You've overlooked the most important effect of this card."

Yugi reminded him.

Hearing this, King quickly looked back at the card and quietly recited its description.

"Once per turn, you can target 1 Effect Monster in your Graveyard; banish it, and this card becomes that monster until the end of this turn, gaining its original ATK and... effects!!"

After shuffling his Deck, he placed the retrieved card into the Graveyard.

"Next, I'll activate the effect of [Chaos Phantom], banishing [Dragon of Ruin Gandora] from the Graveyard. Until the end of this turn, [Chaos Phantom] becomes a card with the same name as [Dragon of Ruin Gandora], gaining its original ATK and effects."

The black mist immediately transformed into the appearance of the Dragon of Ruin, but its ATK remained unchanged, still zero.

"A card I've never heard of, and an Lv. 8 monster with only 0 ATK!?"

President Kaiba found the card somewhat strange.

"Hehehe, what is it!? What value is there in copying a monster with only zero ATK?"

"During my End Phase, [Chaos Phantom]'s effect ends, and its ATK returns to normal."

Although its ATK returned to zero, since it was in Defense Position, it didn't matter.

White Mask became furious, watching the King's relaxed demeanor.

Black Mask taunted White Mask.

"Then, I'll set three cards and end my turn."

A similar opening hand to White Mask's.

[Mask of Darkness Hand: 6 → 2]

"Hmph↑, you ended up just as cowardly as your partner. Now, my turn, draw!"

[Seto Kaiba Hand: 5 → 6]

After drawing, the President placed a card from his hand onto his Duel Disk.

"I summon [Bloody Beastman] in Attack Position from my hand."

[Bloody Beastman: ATK 1900]

"Then, I'll set two cards and end my turn."

The President also quickly ended his turn.

[Seto Kaiba Hand: 6 → 3]

"Finally, it's my turn. I can attack starting this turn. My turn, draw!"

[Mask of Light Hand: 2 → 3]

White Mask inserted a card from his hand into his Duel Disk.

"First, I activate the Equip Spell [Mask of the Cursed Soul] from my hand and equip it to [Chaos Phantom]."

Equipped monsters cannot attack. Additionally, during each of your Standby Phases, inflict 500 damage to the controller of the equipped monster.

[Mask of Light Hand: 3 → 2]

A mask with nails embedded in it appeared in the black mist.

After equipping it, Black Mask immediately revealed a set card.

"At this moment, I reveal my set card, [Sacrifice Seal Mask]!"

As long as this card remains in the Spell & Trap Zone, neither player can Tribute monsters.

"What!? No Tributing!?"

The President immediately felt a sense of dread.

"Cannot attack, and we can't summon high-level monsters either. Are you trying to defeat me through burn damage!?"

He muttered to himself, looking at the King, who only had 2000 Life Points left, and then he immediately pressed a button.

"Then I activate the Trap Card [Angel's Tear]."

Choose 1 card from your hand and add it to your opponent's hand. After that, recover 2000 Life Points.
