"So this place belongs to these monkeys. No wonder—they're primates, after all. They even know how to set an ambush!" Luo Sa didn't think much of it and treated it as a chance encounter.

"In that case, I'll play with you for a while!"

Luo Sa chuckled. He didn't even transform into his Winged Gull form, charging into the troop of monkeys bare-handed.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

As he punched and kicked, monkeys flew in every direction, but more and more kept rushing in, as if they meant to bury Luo Sa beneath them!

The monkeys' swarm tactics were surprisingly effective. They even managed to tear the shirt across Luo Sa's chest!

Caught up in the fight, Luo Sa took off his shirt and threw himself into the brawl bare-chested.

"Hahaha! That's it! Kill him, kill him!" Sakartam bared his teeth and cursed wildly.

"Huh, these monkeys even know how to work together. They're almost like an army. Could there be a monkey king nearby directing them?"

Luo Sa fought while falling back, keeping a quiet eye on his surroundings.

Suddenly, his eyes narrowed. With the Keen Eye of a Winged Gull, he spotted Sakartam and a monkey crouching in a nearby tree, watching through the foliage.

"A Monkey-Monkey Fruit user?"

Luo Sa frowned, immediately catching on.

"Hmph. If you're asking for death, then I'll oblige!"

A cold smile appeared on Luo Sa's lips. He had always believed that if others didn't provoke him, he wouldn't provoke them—but if they did, he would strike back!

"Winged Gull full-beast form!"

A burst of white light exploded. To Sakartam and the monkey's astonishment, Luo Sa transformed into a seagull and shot into the sky!

"Now, get ready to be swept away by the wind!"

Midair, Luo Sa spread his wings as the power of the Flying Attribute rapidly gathered within him.

"Hurricane!"

Luo Sa growled, then beat his wings hard, releasing a surge of Flying Attribute energy!

The next moment, a raging gale tore through the forest like a category-five hurricane. Trees were ripped from the ground!

Hurricane was a special Flying-type attack with a power rating of 120!

Luo Sa drove the Flying Attribute energy with nearly all his strength, targeting everything within a ten-meter radius!

A mighty hurricane descended, sweeping away everything in its path. Every living thing on the ground was torn free and hurled into the boundless sky!

Boom!

The hurricane vanished a hundred meters above the ground. Countless wood splinters fluttered through the air, along with countless severed limbs!

Blood rained down like a crimson shower!

In the monitoring room, everyone watching was dumbstruck.

It wasn't that the hurricane was especially powerful. It was that someone had actually mastered the power of wind!

"Garp, are you sure Luo Sa is just a Zoan Type Bird-Bird Fruit: Seagull Form user?" Zephyr asked Garp, mouth hanging open.

Garp blinked, thought for a moment, then nodded. "This could be an ability developed from the Bird-Bird Fruit. It's a bird, after all. It makes sense that it could master the power of wind after developing its abilities."

Zephyr nodded with some difficulty. Then a gleam appeared in his eyes. He was determined to make this student his!

Beneath the blue sky and white clouds, the Winged Gull flew leisurely, its keen eyes scanning for potential prey.

"Chuu! Chuu! Chuu!"

Just then, an urgent bird call came from the distance. A Golden Eagle suddenly shot into the sky from a mountain peak, screeching at Luo Sa.

"Oh? You're saying this is your territory?"

Luo Sa heard the warning in the Golden Eagle's voice and scoffed.

"Then let's have an all-out battle between bird Pokémon!"

Luo Sa let out a spirited cry and charged at the Golden Eagle. Though his opponent was several times larger than he was, he wasn't intimidated at all.

Luo Sa's Taunt enraged the Golden Eagle, and it swooped at him with talons that gleamed like steel.

Luo Sa tilted his body and dodged, then began circling the Golden Eagle.

Come to think of it, he was most accustomed to his Winged Gull Half-Beastman form. He hardly ever used his full-beast form.

Now, he intended to take advantage of this rare opportunity to train properly.

With that in mind, Luo Sa didn't use any skills. He began fighting the Golden Eagle with his body alone.

The Golden Eagle's talons glinted sharply. They looked capable of piercing gold and splitting stone.

Its speed, however, left much to be desired. Luo Sa led it around by the nose.

Another dive, and Luo Sa raked the Golden Eagle's back with his claws, tearing open a horrifying, bloody hole!

The Golden Eagle went berserk. The sight of its own blood drove it to counterattack, fighting as if its life depended on it!

"Hahaha! Then I'll finish you off and put you out of your misery!"

"Wing Chop!"

His wings, enhanced by the Flying Attribute, sliced across the Golden Eagle's head and severed it cleanly!

After defeating the Golden Eagle, Luo Sa dived down, grabbed its body, and flew toward the summit from which it had taken off.

As he drew closer, Luo Sa discovered a Heavenly Pool on the mountaintop, its rippling surface reflecting the sunlight.

"Hmm?"

"Why is there a Heavenly Pool at the top of a mountain?"

Luo Sa narrowed his eyes slightly. Then he looked around and noticed several streams flowing down from this spot.

"Could it be... all the water sources at the foot of the mountain come from here?"

He had already wondered whether some kind of heavenly treasure might exist at the source of these water sources, giving them their mysterious properties!

If his guess was right, there might be some kind of treasure hidden at the bottom of this pool!

"No, that can't be right. If there really were something here, I don't believe the Marines wouldn't have found it. With Vegapunk, that monster of a scientist, it wouldn't be difficult for them!"

Luo Sa hesitated.

He walked up to the pool and put his hand in. Suddenly, his eyes widened.

An energy flowed from the water into his body. He recognized that energy all too well!

Just touching it had this effect. How concentrated was the energy in the pool?

"Looks like there really is a treasure down there!"

Luo Sa's breathing quickened.

If he found that treasure, his strength would surely soar!

"The Survival Trial ends tomorrow at noon. Then we'll all have to return, so... this is my last chance. I can't let it slip away!"

"Damn the risks!"

Luo Sa's eyes flickered.

"Though I checked the area and found no surveillance, I still need to take precautions!"

"Hurricane!"

The next moment, a tornado whipped up above the Heavenly Pool, sending sand and stones flying and forming a powerful Sandstorm. When the dust settled, Luo Sa was nowhere to be seen!
