"All right, you can leave for now. Follow the servant to your quarters and get some rest."

Asila gathered the five magic stones from the wooden table before her and smiled. "Someone will notify you tomorrow. Then we'll decide which mentor you'll study under."

"Also, as a specially admitted student, your tuition at our academy will be waived according to the rules."

Arthur nodded and gave her a polite smile. "Then I won't trouble you any longer."

With that, he headed to the side.

A maid in a light blue servant's uniform stood there silently, her expression vacant. Even when she saw Arthur approaching, she showed no reaction. "Please come with me."

After saying this, she walked off into the distance without so much as a glance at Arthur.

Arthur said nothing and quietly followed her.

After walking for nearly half an hour, he finally reached his destination: a large building.

The dormitory was divided by floors, with one apprentice assigned to each floor.

Arthur glanced around. He walked through two or three floors in a row without seeing any sign that other apprentices had moved in. It was quite possible that he was the only apprentice living in the entire building.

This was hardly surprising. On the way there, Arthur had seen few wizards or apprentices, aside from the vacant-faced servants. It seemed the academy had very few people in all. Considering how large the academy was, it was perfectly normal for the building not to be fully occupied.

He went straight to the floor assigned to him and opened the door. The room was clean and tidy, with all kinds of furniture and everyday necessities already in place. It looked as though someone came by to clean regularly.
