A little over a month later.
"Arthur, you came too?"
Ahead of Arthur, a gray-robed apprentice spotted him and greeted him with a smile.
"Gray, has the lecture started?"
Arthur looked at the apprentices gradually gathering around them and smiled as he replied.
"Almost time." Gray glanced at Arthur and answered.
As soon as he finished speaking, a figure appeared up ahead, looking hurried.
The newcomer was also wearing a gray robe, but unlike the other apprentices present, three conspicuous lines were embroidered on his apprentice robe. The sight filled the surrounding apprentices with awe.
They marked his status: he had reached the level of a Third-class Apprentice and was just one step away from becoming an Official Wizard.
"All right. I still have some experiments to work on, so I'll skip the small talk."
The gray-robed Third-class Apprentice began, "Today's lesson is about the basic properties of energy particles..."
He wasted no time on pleasantries and went straight into the lesson.
As soon as the lecture began, the apprentices present perked up. Their expressions turned serious and attentive as they listened closely.
A few short hours passed quickly.
When the lecture ended, the Third-class Apprentice who had been teaching hurried off without leaving the apprentices any time to ask questions.
"Ugh."
The moment he left, Arthur clearly heard many of the apprentices around him sighing in disappointment.
Normally, after a lecture, if the instructor was patient and in a good mood, he might stay for a while to answer questions from the apprentices below.
But if he left right away, they naturally lost that privilege, leaving the apprentices disappointed.
"Energy properties are so difficult. Even the basics are this complicated."
Beside Arthur, Gray sighed in frustration, then turned to him. "How about you, Arthur? How much did you understand?"
