To become a Saint, one needed powerful bloodline strength. Most of the Saints present had been born into naturally powerful races.
Even the few who had not been born into such a race found their bloodlines elevated after becoming Saints. This naturally strengthened their descendants' bloodlines as well, making them extraordinary and Saintly.
The gods of the World of Gods were one example.
Regardless of what the gods had been before or what bloodline power they had possessed, upon becoming Deities, their essence and bloodlines were both elevated.
