It was no exaggeration to say that Arthur was invincible in the World Sea. No one could stand against him, let alone stop him.
If he wished, he could appear in any corner of the World Sea in an instant. He could also receive information from across the entire World Sea, sift through it, and quickly find whatever he was looking for.
