He knew the other man had come to discuss the support fund again.
"Boss Qin, the county has approved the support fund for your manor," Chen Li said as soon as he sat down. "We'll provide funding support for a 1+2 project and an interest-free repayment project at your manor. Do you have any ideas or plans for the projects?"
Qin Lin had studied the support policy. He knew that a 1+2 project meant one major project plus two smaller ones.
In other words, the county intended to support his manor in developing three more projects.
The interest-free repayment fund meant he wouldn't have to pay interest, and he wouldn't have to repay the money out of pocket, either. Once the projects were built, their earnings would be used to repay the funds. After the money was paid back, the projects would belong entirely to the manor.

"Director Chen, I do have a plan. I've given some careful thought to the rafting project you mentioned before. We could build a ten-kilometer rafting course. The cost of constructing all the facilities would probably come to more than six million."
