Ch. 302Judgment

Kirk trained with Ser Rodrik, who exposed the flaws in his forceful fighting style and began teaching him to rely on technique. At Eddard Stark’s trial, King Robert dismissed Eddard as Hand, leaving the hearing’s outcome uncertain and the realm on edge.

  • Ser Rodrik defeated Kirk repeatedly with a staff and explained that Kirk’s speed and strength concealed poor technique.
  • Kirk trained with Rodrik through the night, learning to slow down and focus on timing, defense, and his opponents’ weaknesses.
  • Kirk and Brienne escorted Eddard to the Great Sept of Baelor, where the thirteen-member Supreme Noble Tribunal convened to hear the case.
  • Grand Maester Pycelle spent the morning recounting the tourney before adjourning the hearing until four, while Robert coldly rejected Eddard’s attempt to speak with him.
  • Robert dismissed Eddard from his position as Hand, ending his tenure after a single day.

Ch. 303Spider Silk

Kirk prepared the Honor Guard to protect Duke Eddard and sharpened his fighting skills, then suspected a trap as communications around King's Landing went silent. When a messenger summoned Eddard to the palace without a royal letter, Kirk tested the order by sending Eddard's horse bolting and turning the guards back around him.

  • Kirk and Sir Roderick recruited 200 Free Riders, issued them cavalry armor, and bought thousands of fish-oil fire pots to prepare for a possible escape from King's Landing.
  • Kirk trained with Rodrik and Brienne, gained a sharper understanding of combat, and accompanied Eddard with the 300-strong Honor Guard toward the court.
  • Wang Han reported that messenger ravens had vanished and Little Fatty had stopped sending updates, while lynn and Van Gundy reported gaps in their own contacts.
  • A messenger claimed that Varys had summoned Eddard to the palace, but Kirk questioned the order because the messenger carried no handwritten royal letter.
  • Kirk warned Eddard that Robert might already be dead, stabbed Eddard's horse to make it bolt, and ordered the Honor Guard to turn back and surround him.

Ch. 304Storm

Kirk led Eddard Stark and 300 Honor Guard through King's Landing as Lannister forces tried to trap and kill them. After learning Robert and Ser Barristan had been beheaded, Eddard faced Jaime Lannister and rallied the Northmen for a charge against the golden-armored guards.

  • Kirk redirected the fleeing column toward the Old Gate, where Wang Han and the mages shielded them from a crossbow ambush.
  • Wang Han struck two Lannister illusionists with a mental attack and broke their attempt to confuse the column's route.
  • Lynn killed many crossbowmen with Chain Lightning after tripwires halted the Honor Guard, but Sir Roderick was badly wounded while clearing the road.
  • Jaime Lannister blocked the road with his golden-armored guards and revealed Robert Baratheon's and Ser Barristan's severed heads.
  • Eddard condemned Jaime and, after sounding the Northmen's horns, called on the Honor Guard to charge.

Ch. 305Desperate Situation

Kirk, Eddard Stark, and their allies charged the Lannister guards, only to discover that nine Veteran teams had joined the ambush and surrounded them on the King's Road. The Earl demanded that the other two teams surrender, while Kirk's team was singled out for a different fate.

  • Eddard Stark led the Honor Guards and Stark forces in a charge against Jaime Lannister's golden-armored guards, driven by Robert's murder and his own impending execution.
  • Eddard, Rodrik, Brienne, Kirk, and the Veterans fought through the Lannister cavalry, while Kirk killed several enemies and increased his attributes with his Glory skill.
  • A sniper attack critically wounded Brienne, and the Forester Veteran team arrived, followed by Veteran teams from House Lannister, House Baratheon, Fat Goose, House Tyrell, and House Greyjoy.
  • Kirk realized that nine Veteran teams had surrounded his three teams, and the Earl demanded that the other two teams surrender their Survival Points, other points, and best equipment.
  • Kirk asked whether Forester would let his team go, and the Earl replied that his surrender demand applied only to the other two teams.

Ch. 306Heavy Blow

Kirk used the Large Soul Crystals to summon six Warrior’s Souls onto the enemy’s tower, while Vampire spirits carried fish-oil firepots over the Lannister army. The resulting inferno trapped Tywin Lannister’s ten thousand soldiers in the Slums, allowing Eddard Stark and his Honor Guards to attack the remaining enemy forces.

  • Kirk persuaded Van Gundy and the Magic Archer to give him five Large Crystals so he could try to defeat the Lannisters.
  • The Lannister ranged Veterans overwhelmed Eddard’s Honor Guards as ten thousand soldiers filled King’s Road, while Joffrey, Cersei, and Tywin demanded Eddard’s surrender.
  • Kirk spent Large and Medium Soul Crystals to summon Spartacus, Katherine, Pearl, Anna, Caroline, and Mori beside the enemy Veterans on a tower.
  • Katherine released twenty-four weakened Vampire spirits, and Kirk, Wang Han, and lynn armed them with fish-oil firepots that Wang Han ignited with a Fireball Spell.
  • The fire spread through the Slums and trapped the Lannister army behind burning buildings, and Eddard and his Honor Guards shouted “Winter is Coming!” before charging the enemy.

Ch. 307Trump Card

Mori and Kirk’s forces devastated the ambushers’ ranged fighters and turned the battle against the Lannister forces, while Eddard fought Jaime and Kirk faced the Earl’s charge. A Rogue nearly killed lynn, but Wang Han killed him with prepared spells; the Magic Archer team then escaped by teleporting away.

  • Mori killed the sniper who had wounded Duke Eddard, and Pearl finished the wounded man as Vampire forces overwhelmed the enemy snipers.
  • Kirk used [Sun God] to blind the Golden Guards, giving Rodrik and Brienne an opening to counterattack as Eddard and Jaime began fighting.
  • Wang Han and lynn attacked the Earl and his knights with mud and lightning, but the Earl continued charging toward Kirk with other Veterans following.
  • A Rogue from the Magic Archer team stabbed lynn in the neck, leaving him dying, and Wang Han killed the Rogue with three prepared spells.
  • The Magic Archer team used Team Remote Teleport to escape after Wang Han’s attack frightened the betraying Veterans.

Ch. 308The Price

Kirk used the Goddess of Dawn to stun and weaken the clustered enemy Veterans, turning the battle in the Stark forces’ favor as Eddard captured Jaime. Little Fatty joined the fight as a newly promoted Veteran, leaving the team fully promoted.

  • The Magic Archer team defected to the Lannisters, triggering a hidden betrayal penalty that transferred half their wealth and their most expensive equipment to the Van Gundy and Kirk teams.
  • Kirk summoned the Goddess of Dawn, whose attack reduced the clustered Veterans’ health and defense and stunned them, allowing the Stark forces to launch a counterattack.
  • Little Fatty arrived in King's Landing with [Nymeria], and the Honor Guard rallied as Eddard and the others shouted, "Winter is Coming!"
  • [Nymeria] attacked Jaime while Eddard cut off his right hand, captured him, and demanded that the Gold Cloaks retreat.
  • Joffrey ordered the Gold Cloaks to keep fighting and struck Cersei when she objected, while Tywin considered replacing Joffrey with Tommen after the battle.
  • Little Fatty joined Kirk and Van Gundy’s assault and revealed that he had completed his Veteran Promotion Mission, making every member of their team a Veteran.

Ch. 309Shoot the Horse

Kirk and his allies fought to break the Earl’s siege by crippling his prized warhorse and unleashing powerful battlefield control. The Earl escaped Kirk’s assault with a trump card, while the burning Slums and fleeing civilians added to the chaos in King’s Landing.

  • Kirk attacked the Earl’s warhorse, while Wang Han, the ranged fighters, and the Shield Dragon joined in and crippled one of its forelegs.
  • The Earl struck Kirk with his lance, but Little Fatty stabbed him from behind as Wang Han immobilized and confused the enemy Veterans with mass illusions.
  • Kirk and his allies focused their attacks on the fallen Earl, forcing him to use his trump card and reappear at a distance before he returned on another horse.
  • Enemy ranged fighters drove Little Fatty away with concentrated fire, while Kirk continued fighting to kill the Earl and survive.
  • Katherine’s 26 vampire spirits dropped fish-oil firebombs over the Lannister soldiers for ten minutes, setting the southern Slums ablaze and causing heavy casualties amid the fleeing crowds and city watch.

Ch. 310Weakness

Kirk’s side fought the Earl’s forces while the summoned Vampires and Warrior’s Souls neared their time limits. Kirk outmaneuvered the Earl in close combat and wounded his shield arm, but the duel continued with the Earl’s flail still threatening him.

  • Katherine, Pearl, Spartacus, Anna, Caroline, and Mori defeated eight ranged Veterans, killing one and forcing three to surrender before they joined Kirk.
  • The Earl charged Kirk’s group with the Shadow Demon Lion and Serpent Lizard Knights, but Wang Han, Van Gandy, Little Fatty, and Kirk intercepted them.
  • Kirk knocked the Earl from his ordinary horse and faced him on foot while the other fighters engaged the enemy Veterans and the Fat Goose team watched.
  • Kirk reasoned that the Earl relied on mounted and medium-range combat, then switched to a sword-and-dagger combination to exploit his weakness at close quarters.
  • Kirk’s Hand-Cutting Blade pierced the Earl’s shield-bearing arm, draining his health and drawing blood, before the Earl retaliated with a flail that cut Kirk’s cheek.

Ch. 311Capture the Leader

Kirk and his team turned the battle against the enemy forces, defeating or driving off several Veteran opponents while Duke Eddard Stark broke the Golden Armor Guards' line. As the Honor Guard escaped the encirclement, Kirk intercepted Joffrey and brutally mutilated him, leaving the King at his mercy.

  • Kirk severed the Earl's left arm and wounded him critically, but the Serpent Lizard Knight's position swap let the Earl escape.
  • Kirk, Pearl, and Little Fatty defeated the Serpent Lizard Knight, who surrendered, while the Magic Lion Knight withdrew.
  • Kirk joined Wang Han to defeat the thieves surrounding her, and Duke Eddard Stark's [Winter is Coming] broke the Golden Armor Guards' line so the Honor Guard could escape.
  • Kirk's team surrounded the Tyrell family team, killing three Veterans and forcing two to surrender, while Kirk and Wang Han were left near death.
  • Joffrey rode toward the battlefield and accused the Honor Guard of conspiring in Robert's death, but Kirk leapt in front of him and attacked.
  • Kirk beat Joffrey, cut off both his arms, and gouged out both his eyes.

Ch. 312Escape to Safety

Kirk and his allies rescued Eddard Stark from King's Landing, capturing Joffrey and Jaime, but the System announced their lead and made them targets for other teams. They planned to escape north by sea aboard Stannis Baratheon's warship, while Tywin's fate for the gathered nobles remained uncertain.

  • Kirk forced Joffrey to confess that Cersei had poisoned Robert, Earl had killed the King, and Jaime had helped overcome the Kingsguard.
  • Eddard escaped King's Landing with Jaime as a prisoner, while Kirk's team and the Van Gundy team captured Joffrey and broke out with him.
  • The System awarded both teams 80 Team Contribution Value and warned that the standings would soon be broadcast, prompting fears of attacks from rival teams.
  • Kirk rejected the dangerous overland route and proposed sailing north to White Harbor, then following the White Knife River to Winterfell.
  • Little Fatty revealed that he had obtained Stannis Baratheon's warship, and Wang Han suspected Tywin had detained the nobles and ministers gathered in King's Landing.

Ch. 313Dragon Maiden

Kirk and his companions encountered Daenerys Targaryen’s fleet in Blackwater Bay and learned that her three dragons had hatched. Daenerys boarded their ship and explained her campaign against the Baratheons and the slave cities, leaving Eddard Stark and Kirk facing a tense meeting with her powerful followers.

  • Tywin blamed a Stark guard for ruining his plan and resolved to prevent Eddard Stark from returning to King's Landing.
  • Kirk, Wang Han, and Little Fatty spotted a fleet approaching their ship, and the lookout identified its three-headed dragon banners as Targaryen.
  • Daenerys’s three young dragons demonstrated their power, and her fleet surrounded the ship before she came aboard with her guards and Veterans.
  • Daenerys greeted Eddard Stark, who asked about her brother Viserys and her intentions.
  • Daenerys said Viserys and her Dothraki husband had died, and described attacking Baratheon ships, occupying Free Cities, and freeing slaves.

Ch. 314Conditions

Daenerys demanded that Duke Stark surrender Jaime Lannister in exchange for safe passage across the Narrow Sea, while Kirk tried to negotiate a deal. He proposed a wager, but Daenerys exposed his past blunder in King's Landing, and the negotiations ended with the opposing Veterans threatening the Stark team.

  • Daenerys offered Duke Stark safe passage and an alliance against the Lannisters if he handed over Jaime, whom she wanted executed for killing her father.
  • Duke Stark hesitated because he wanted Jaime tried publicly, while Kirk stepped in to negotiate on his behalf.
  • A Veteran from Daenerys's side demanded Jaime and threatened the Stark team, prompting Kirk to suspect the Veterans were pursuing the dragons rather than the championship.
  • Kirk proposed a bet, and Daenerys recognized him as the man whose remarks about Joffrey had helped trigger Robert's murder and the ambush on Duke Stark.
  • Daenerys ordered her Veterans to report to her instead of acting on their own, and Kirk argued that she should offer something in exchange for Jaime.
  • The opposing Veteran leader rejected Kirk's demand and warned that the Stark team would face no mercy if it refused.

Ch. 315The Assassin

Daenerys’s forces were ambushed by warlocks and assassins after arriving in Astapor, but Kirk and the others defeated them and saved her. Daenerys offered to recruit Kirk, but Eddard Stark refused to release him, and Kirk reaffirmed his oath while learning that Ice could be obtained through a demanding exchange.

  • Daenerys watched Kirk and his companions through a crystal ball, then continued toward Astapor with her forces.
  • Fish sellers disguised as warlocks and assassins attacked Daenerys after she disembarked, and Kirk rushed to protect her.
  • Wang Han shielded Daenerys while Little Fatty and the Blood Oath Guards fought the attackers; Kirk used Demon Hunter’s Hand to break the warlocks’ defenses and help kill them.
  • Daenerys recognized one of the dead warlocks as a follower of the King of Immortals and was astonished that Kirk had defeated him so quickly.
  • Daenerys offered Eddard three warships and safe passage north if he would let Kirk serve her, but Eddard refused to break Kirk’s oath.
  • Kirk declined the System Prompt’s offer to break his loyalty to Eddard and discovered that Ice was available through a difficult Favorability exchange.

Ch. 316Warlock

Kirk negotiated a mission from Queen Daenerys to destroy the warlocks of Qarth in exchange for rewards, while Sir Jorah organized a joint operation with the Veterans. The chapter ended as Jorah briefed the fighters on the warlocks and the Undying Ones.

  • Queen Daenerys described the wars spreading across Westeros and demanded that Kirk's group hand over Jaime and kill the Undying One before leaving.
  • Kirk bargained for rewards to fight the warlocks, and Daenerys offered Soul Crystals for kills and mission completion.
  • Daenerys gave Dennis and the Veterans the same mission and rewards, then appointed Sir Jorah to oversee the operation.
  • Sir Jorah briefed the fighters on the warlocks, the Immortal Temple, and the appearance and reputation of the Undying Ones.
  • Little Fatty joked that the blue-skinned Undying Ones sounded like blue gnomes.

Ch. 317Teachings

Sir Jorah explained the dangers and plan for assaulting the warlocks’ Immortal Temple, while Kirk and Eddard Stark later trained together. Eddard offered to teach Kirk a legendary Stark technique, and Kirk accepted as Eddard prepared to demonstrate it.

  • Sir Jorah warned Kirk, Van Gundy, and Dennis that the Immortal Temple’s four exits had to be blocked and teleportation could not be used there.
  • Sir Jorah described the Queen’s plan to raise the Immortal Temple, disable its defenses, and attack it with dragons and the Blood Oath Guard.
  • Kirk joined Eddard Stark, Arya, Sansa, their Direwolf, Rodrik, and Brienne at the training ground, where Arya practiced and Kirk sparred with Eddard.
  • Kirk realized Eddard was an exceptionally powerful swordsman after they exchanged a hundred blows with real swords.
  • Eddard offered to teach Kirk a Stark family technique, and Kirk accepted the skill at the cost of 40 Favorability.
  • Eddard began explaining Brant the Builder’s deadly technique and prepared to demonstrate it with Brant’s recovered sword.

Ch. 318Temple

Edd demonstrated Brant the Builder’s devastating [End of Ruin] strike to Kirk, who learned the skill but could not yet use it. Kirk and the other Veteran teams then began their assault on the Immortal Temple, where their first obstacle was a trapped entrance.

  • Edd drew Brant the Builder’s Sword and split ten steel dummies with [End of Ruin], explaining how he had learned the move from his father.
  • Kirk received the level-one [End of Ruin] skill, which remained unusable until he mastered it, and Brienne later battered him during sparring.
  • Daenerys ordered four Veteran teams to attack the Immortal Temple and gave them a plan to break through the entrances, reach the central hall, and expose it to her dragons.
  • Dennis briefed Kirk, Van Gundy, and the other team leaders, then the four teams traveled to the ruined temple and prepared to enter.
  • At the eastern gate, Wang Han speculated that lynn was a high-level Reincarnator, while Little Fatty triggered some of the traps with his crossbow.
  • Wang Han detected many deadly traps still active around the stone doorway after Little Fatty’s volley, leaving Kirk’s team’s entrance blocked.

Ch. 319Strange

Kirk, Wang Han, and Little Fatty fought through the Immortal Temple’s traps and endless waves of slave warriors and undead, then fled when they could not break the warlocks’ siege. They reached a side hall marked by a statue of the Shadow Evil God and planned to escape through its rear door toward the central hall.

  • Wang Han used an illusion and summoned Imps to trigger the temple passage’s traps, then disarmed the remaining hazards so the team could enter.
  • Kirk, Wang Han, and Little Fatty defeated thirty slave warriors, but the fallen enemies rose as Walkers and then skeletons while more warriors kept arriving.
  • Warlock Fia sealed the entrance with an obsidian slab and announced that warlocks were trapping all four teams with endless waves of slaves and undead.
  • Wang Han used [Advanced Mass Fear] to make the slave warriors attack one another, but the team still had to fight the undead and eventually fled from the next wave.
  • Wang Han guided Kirk and Little Fatty through the maze using [Detect Evil], and they reached a side hall with a statue of the Shadow Evil God.

Ch. 320Boli

Kirk and his companions escaped the Steel Golem’s locked hall, but the key to the next door was inside the golem’s core. They confronted Fia Boli, the male witch controlling the golem, and the chapter ended with Kirk disrupting Boli’s Soul Split spell as their battle began.

  • Fia Boli sent the Steel Golem after Kirk, Wang Han, and Little Fatty, and Kirk used blunt strikes to break its knee and escape the hall.
  • Boli revealed that the next door’s key was inside the Steel Golem’s core, while the golem smashed at the narrow passage trapping the group.
  • Wang Han created illusions and enhanced Kirk and Little Fatty, but Boli dispelled the illusions and attacked Little Fatty from hiding.
  • Kirk struck Boli with the Demon Hunter’s Hand, piercing his concealment and Magic Shield and exposing him beside his pet bear, Bonecrusher.
  • Kirk assigned Little Fatty to distract Bonecrusher and Wang Han to slow the injured Steel Golem, while he attacked Boli.
  • Boli hit Kirk with three curses, but pain from the Demon Hunter’s Hand made Soul Split fail.

Ch. 321Attack

Kirk overcame Boli’s curses and relentless attacks to break through the warlock’s defenses and pursue him to the hidden door. With Wang Han’s spells and Kirk’s returning blades preventing Boli’s escape, Kirk killed him before he could flee.

  • Kirk resisted Boli’s curses and rapidly cracked his Magic Shield with the anti-magic power of [Demon Hunter's Hand].
  • Boli summoned the Vengeful Spirit Envoy, which drained Kirk’s attributes, but Kirk kept attacking and shattered Boli’s shield despite the warlock’s spells.
  • Kirk wounded Boli badly and stabbed him in the throat, but the Rampaging Brown Bear knocked Kirk aside while Boli tried to escape.
  • Little Fatty intercepted Boli, and Wang Han used her scrolls to trap him with [Maze Spell] near the hidden door.
  • Boli healed himself and reached the hidden doorway, but Kirk’s [Ricochet] blades struck him and knocked him back out.
  • Kirk pierced Boli through the chest with his longsword, killing the warlock.
