Mizunashi Yukikaze finally understood why the Kirigakure army led by Yagura had suffered such a crushing defeat at Uchiha Mai's hands. The name Uchiha Madara itself represented near invincibility.
Uchiha Madara at his peak had far surpassed all other shinobi. Together with Senju Hashirama, he had reached an entirely different realm.
Other than those two, the ultimate limit for any shinobi in the Ninja World was merely being able to fight the young Uchiha Madara.
For instance, the Third Tsuchikage Ōnoki, the Third Raikage, the Kazekage, and the Hokage. At their peaks, they truly possessed the strength to fight the young Madara.

The First, Second, and Third Kage of every major shinobi village had all been the real deal. If one rounded things off, it meant the young Madara could solo a quarter of the Ninja World.
Mizunashi Yukikaze believed that Uchiha Mai might still be just a little inferior to the young Madara.
