Following the Alliance's northern campaign, the Blue Dragons reclaimed their homeland. Since The Nexus was relatively far from the main battlefield and only scattered demons wandered around here, the Blue Dragons easily retook it. Once the Northrend expeditionary army had wiped out the demons and Old Gods, life gradually returned to how it had been.
Deep within The Nexus, Kalecgos was sleeping. After going through life, death, and all sorts of experiences too painful to speak of, he had basically become a deeply homebound dragon. Malygos was also afraid something might happen to him and generally would not allow him to go out and fool around. Moreover, after the last forced teleportation incident, Kalecgos knew that his boss was ten thousand times stronger than him, whether in seniority or power. Though he did not know why, Malygos had actually forgiven his nonsense several times. Still, Kalecgos knew his place.
